TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Frequent Diner points are earned for each dollar spent (excluding tax and tip) at all participating Reward$ Family restaurants, including gift certificate and merchandise purchases. However, rewards may not be used/redeemed to purchase gift cards. Certain restrictions apply. To qualify for points on party functions, you must be an active Frequent Diner member before booking the party (points for parties are given on food and beverage only). Only the person paying the bill may be credited with points for any purchases. You must present your card at the time of the purchase to be credited with points. If you do not earn a minimum of one dining reward during the calendar year, any accumulated points will be forfeited. Points do not carry over from one year to the next. Frequent Diner rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. Frequent Diner rewards cannot exceed 50% of your dining total. Reward$ Family reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules, audit or cancel your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the card holder.
